Tim Patterson - Producer/ Director
Tim started as a music video producer/ director of photography in the early 80's. The first music video he ever produced won the MTV Basement Tapes Award in 1982 and launched his career as a music video director. After that, Tim moved to Los Angeles in 1984 and worked as a freelance director/DP on music videos, commercials and corporate productions. In 1996 he formed TPP, Inc. a commercial/corporate production company. His clients include: Universal Studios, Sony Pictures, Polo-Ralph Lauren, Hanna Barbara, MGM Television, Cleveland Golf, Srixon, and Concerts West/AEG among many others. Tim produced a promotional video for Michael Jackson's Dangerous Tour in 1996, and was the director/cameraman and one of the editors on the film Michael Jackson's "This Is It" in 2009. He received an ACE Eddie Award nomination for his editing efforts on that film. Tim has a degree in film and television production from Oregon State University. |
